📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

🚚 Delivery Timelines

• Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on your shipping address and local conditions.
• In remote areas such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
• Please note: Unforeseen delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues may occasionally extend the timeline.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at support@cosmicmyst.com.

📮 Delivery Partners

We ship via trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your delivery pincode.

❗ Missing Delivery Cases

• If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbours, family members, flatmates, or your office reception/mailroom.
• If still not found, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and begin investigation.
• The investigation may take up to 10–14 working days. If found genuine, a full refund will be issued.
• Claims made after the 24-hour window from the delivery notification may not be eligible for redressal.
