Exchange & Return Policy
At Cosmic Myst, all our products — including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories — are made to order, crafted just for you. As such, we do not accept returns, but we offer limited exchanges under specific conditions.
✅ Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong size delivered
- Incorrect product received
- Defective or damaged item
- You must inform us of any issue within 3 days of delivery.
- To raise an exchange request, email us at support@cosmicmyst.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
🚚 Exchange Process
- We offer free exchange for eligible size or product issues.
- If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
- We will arrange the reverse pickup at no extra charge.
- Returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed)
- With all original tags/stickers attached
- Neatly packed to avoid damage in transit
- Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
- Returns are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
- Refunds are provided only in genuine cases where:
- A defective or damaged product is delivered
- The issue is reported within 3 days with proper evidence
- In rare exceptions where a return is accepted (not due to defect), a ₹100 deduction applies for reverse logistics.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method or provided via bank transfer, as applicable.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Slight color or design variations from website images do not qualify for return or refund.
- Used or washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products bought on sale or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
- Only one exchange request is allowed per order.

- Monday to Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM
