Exchange & Return Policy

 

At Cosmic Myst, all our products — including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories — are made to order, crafted just for you. As such, we do not accept returns, but we offer limited exchanges under specific conditions.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Wrong size delivered
    • Incorrect product received
    • Defective or damaged item
  • You must inform us of any issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • To raise an exchange request, email us at support@cosmicmyst.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

🚚 Exchange Process

  • We offer free exchange for eligible size or product issues.
  • If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
  • We will arrange the reverse pickup at no extra charge.
  • Returned items must be:
    • In original condition (unworn, unwashed)
    • With all original tags/stickers attached
    • Neatly packed to avoid damage in transit
  • Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
  • Refunds are provided only in genuine cases where:
    • A defective or damaged product is delivered
    • The issue is reported within 3 days with proper evidence
  • In rare exceptions where a return is accepted (not due to defect), a ₹100 deduction applies for reverse logistics.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method or provided via bank transfer, as applicable.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Slight color or design variations from website images do not qualify for return or refund.
  • Used or washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products bought on sale or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
